LHFC Looking to Recruit 11 a Side Manager & Head Coach

LHFC 11-a-side looking to appoint a manager & coach for the 2012-2013 Season

LHFC are looking to recruit a Manager for their 11 a side team as well as a Head Coach. These will be paid positions based on a sessional rate and a fantastic opportunity to work within a new element to Liverpool Homeless Football Club. The club has been an FA Charter Standard club for a few years now but this is the first time that an eleven a side team will be competing on a regular basis. The team is being entered into the Christian League, playing their games on a Saturday in the Merseyside area.

The successful candidates will work with the players from the homeless league and use their expertise and experience to develop an eleven a side team. The team will adopt the values and philosophy of LHFC and therefore have a strong emphasis on inclusion, personal development and support for all players. The candidates must have a good understanding of the homeless sector and a passion for football. If you think you have the necessary experience and qualifications, we want to hear from you. The positions will be for the 2012-13 season with a review at the end of the season.

For more information please see the attached Job Descriptions & Person Specifications. If you want any further information regarding the posts contact John Finnigan on 07595 503 694.

Match Day 6 – Results in and Special Report from Bosco Player!!

Here we are – apologies for the delay everyone! It’s been a pretty busy month for everyone involved with LHFC but I am pleased to say that the results from last month’s matchday are now in and can be found under the Results section. Head there to check out all the goals and all the league standings as we enter the final round of league games next week.

This month, a player from Bosco: Jake McAllister has produced a match report for the day (click on the link below). It is a fantastic article and I hope everyone enjoys reading it. Jake has been doing a publishing course through the skills centre that CRISIS provide. Keep this up Jake.
