When we first started, a lot of the players did not know each other, but by the end of month 5 we have bonded and we have a fantastic camaraderie, we look at having fun all accessible football sessions for every level at football between the guys, and we are 2nd in the league at the moment with 9 games to play until the end of the season. The achievement is that we are aiming for is to carry on building a legacy for LHFC to continue next season and go from strength to strength

How you became involved and the benefits to you.

The Liverpool County F.A has helped run in partnership with LHFC the Liverpool Homeless league for the past 11 seasons

I have helped run the Liverpool Homeless Football League for the past 3 years while working in partnership with John Finnigan and different organizations; we play on the last Tuesday of the month at the Power League in Kirkdale (4 a side League). So when John invited me to become the manager of the team it was a challenge that I relished.
